This Refund Policy governs the eligibility and process for refunds related to courses, consultations, and participant subscriptions purchased or booked through the Itirac Platform.
Itirac processes all transactions, including refunds, on behalf of the Content Providers. However, Itirac does not own the Content. The ultimate decision regarding the quality and fitness of a course or consultation rests with the Content Provider, subject to the rules outlined below.
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary based on your bank or payment processor.
Participants who purchase a course through the Platform may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

| Time Limit | The request for a refund must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. |
| Consumption Limit | The Participant must not have consumed more than 20% of the course content (e.g., video duration or completed lectures). |
| Download Restriction | The Participant must not have downloaded all of the course content (if downloadable). |
| Technical Issues | The Participant may be eligible for a refund if demonstrable technical issues prevent access to the Content, provided the issue is reported within the 30-day window and cannot be resolved by Itirac or the Content Provider. |
Exceptions (No Refund): Refunds will typically not be granted if the course was purchased during a deeply discounted flash sale, if the request is due to dissatisfaction with a specific topic that was clearly outlined in the course description, or if the Participant's account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of the Itirac Terms and Conditions.
Refunds for booked paid consultations are based on the timing of the cancellation:

| Between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled time. | 50% Refund of the Consultation fee. |
| Less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. | No Refund. |
| No-Show (by Participant) | No Refund. |
| Cancellation by Content Provider | 100% Refund. The Participant will be fully refunded and may be offered the opportunity to reschedule. |
If Itirac offers monthly or annual subscriptions to access the general marketplace or premium features, the following policy applies:
A Participant may receive a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase, provided they have not made excessive use of the subscription features or accessed premium course content.
After the initial 7-day period, annual subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. The Participant's access will simply terminate at the end of the current paid month, and no further payments will be charged.
Itirac does not provide refunds for charges resulting from the failure to cancel an auto-renewal, provided Itirac sent a renewal reminder.
All refund requests must be submitted through the dedicated refund request form or by contacting Itirac Support via email.
To expedite the process, your request must include:
Your full name and email address associated with your Itirac account.
The course title, consultation date/time, or subscription type.
The date of purchase.
A detailed reason for the refund request.
Once a refund is approved, Itirac will initiate the process immediately. It typically takes 7 to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
